Reflection
On this day, we celebrate the institution of the Eucharist and of the ministerial Priesthood, and we contemplate the commandment of love expressed in the washing of feet. Christ, the Teacher and Lord, kneels before His disciples to wash their feet, an example of humble service. Today:
Give thanks to Jesus for offering Himself as our spiritual nourishment (the Eucharist).
Recognize the vocation to service to which He calls you, in every aspect of your life.
May fraternal charity be the hallmark of those who follow the Master.
